the victim's father informed the matter to Md Riaz's parents and his close relatives. But in this, the family of Md Riaz told the accused Riaz without any discipline that at this age there is a little love between boys and girls. Md. Riaz started teasing Vic more and more after getting Sai in the family.

So considering the victim's safety, the victim's family sent the victim to her aunt's house. Md Riaz got angry and threatened the victim's father that he will abduct his daughter anytime. Later on last August 11, 2023 at approximately 0830 hours when the victim left her aunt's house with the intention of going to college, on the way pre-planned with the help of the accused Md. Riaz and unknown accomplices,

the victim was abducted and taken to an unknown place with the help of a CNG fuel. The father of the abducted victim in the said incident filed a kidnapping case on August 28, 2023 at Bhola Sadar Model Police Station with Md. Riaz as the main defendant and 03 named and 2/3 unknown persons as defendants, whose number is 66492 dated August 28,

2023, Sec. - Suppression of Violence against Women and Children Act 2000 (Amended/03) and further amended/7/30 of 2020. After the case was filed, the Bhola Sadar Model Police Station came to know that the kidnapper was staying in Chittagong with the victim.

The victim's father filed a complaint with RAB-7, Chittagong for immediate rescue of his daughter and arrest of the abductors. RAB-7, Chittagong handled the matter with humanity: continued intelligence surveillance and shadow investigation with the aim of rescuing the kidnapped victims and arresting the abductors.

At one stage of surveillance, RAB-7, Chittagong came to know that the kidnapper and the victim were staying in Shershah Colony under Bayezid Bostami police station of Chittagong city. On the basis of the said information,

on 12th September 2023, RAB-7 conducted an operation in the specified area of Chittagong and arrested and abducted accused Md. Riaz (26), father Md. Lokman, Sang-Madhya Joynagar, Thana-Daulatkhan, District-Bhola.

The victim was able to be rescued. The arrested accused later confessed in the interrogation in front of the witnesses that he had abducted the teenage victim with the hope of various temptations and ulterior motives. The accused was arrested and handed over to the police station.
